Journals have played an important role in helping me to navigate challenging situations, find my voice, expand my creativity, clarify my dreams, and make connections with the divine. Journals offer a safe place to explore ideas and feelings.
The Journey of the Heart Journal is designed to be a gentle companion that asks questions, provides affirmations, and shares inspiring quotes. I hope you delight in the writing prompts and beautiful journal pages.
Making time for quiet reflection is the most powerful and profound gift that you can give yourself. I want to help you to give yourself this gift.
Each week a different theme is explored. I tell a story and publish it on the True North Arts blog. Subscribers of the True North Arts newsletter (It's FREE) are sent an e-mail with an invitation to read the story and download the new journal page. The pages are accessible to members only.
