Kathryn knows the power of forgiveness and the art of loving kindness. She’s found peace and wants to share the transformative practice of journal keeping with the world to help others live a harmonious life. Kathryn writes on topics from love and gratitude to letting go, forgiveness, and courage.
She’s a writer and artist who captures the beauty and grace in everyday living. She resides in New England with her Brazilian husband Fernando Costa.
