Day two of the 21-day cleanse was a wee bit challenging. I started today with this gorgeous smoothie made of fresh fruit. I felt hungry today and could tell that my body was responding to the toxins that are getting flushed out. I experienced headaches, elevated body temperatures, and mild chills. The great news is that my stomach feels great. I was a bit spacey but slowly plodded through my work and found that by the end of the day I had accomplished a lot. I've read that these symptoms are natural and I actually welcomed them as I knew it was a sign that things are working. I've dropped some weight too and I don't feel bloated. If I didn't have to work I would definitely have napped in the afternoon. I went to bed early and woke refreshed.

can't wait until I retire....I think this is one of the first things I'll do is detox and start my second childhood on a 'clean' note, so to speak.
