I woke up super early, spent time in my journal (haven't done that in weeks), practiced yoga, and meditated all before 8:00 a.m.

Today's juice, pictured above is a veggie juice:
2 stalks of celery
5-6 leaves of romaine lettuce
1 small beet
1/2 green apple
