I've been preparing for sometime for this day, the day I start a 21-day cleanse. I'm so excited!
I woke up super early, spent time in my journal (haven't done that in weeks), practiced yoga, and meditated all before 8:00 a.m.
Pictured above is the journal page design that I came up with to help me track my progress.
The cleanse consists of fresh juices, smoothies, soups, and one meal a day. Many things have been eliminated from my diet including all caffeine, sugar, processed foods, and gluten.
Today's juice, pictured above is a veggie juice:
serves 1
2 carrots
2 stalks of celery
5-6 leaves of romaine lettuce
1 small beet
1/2 green apple

I love the journal page kathryn! That alone would make me embrace it! I'm also going through the sugar thing...realized its a false grounding for me. Fun new lesson!
